Kamiya TRAP Staining Kit抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶TRAP 染色试剂盒

人类及动物体骨组织不断地进行着重建，骨重建过程包括骨的分解吸收与新骨的形成。破骨细胞（Osteoclast，OC）负责骨分解与吸收，而成骨细胞（osteoblast，OB）负责新骨形成。破骨细胞贴附在旧骨区域，分泌酸性物质溶解矿物质，分泌蛋白酶消化骨基质，形成骨吸收陷窝；其后，成骨细胞移行至被吸收部位，分泌骨基质，骨基质矿化而形成新骨。破骨与成骨过程的平衡是维持正常骨量的关键。

抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRAP，tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase）为破骨细胞的标志酶，特异地分布于破骨细胞中，为破骨细胞所特有。通常作为鉴别破骨细胞的重要标志物，使破骨细胞呈红色。
