产品背景
磷脂酰肌醇 4，5-二磷酸或 PI（4，5）P2 是一种无处不在的脂质，在多种细胞功能中发挥核心作用，包括导致细胞生长、运动、炎症和凋亡的 PKB/Akt 途径。PI（4，5）P2是I类磷酸肌醇3激酶（PI3-K）的底物，也是PTEN磷酸酶活性的产物。
PI（4，5）P2质量数ELISA测定是一种竞争性ELISA，其中信号与产生的PI（4，5）P2量成反比。
从细胞样品中提取PI（4，5）P2后，将其与PI（4，5）P2检测器蛋白一起孵育，然后添加到PI（4，5）P2包被的微孔板中进行竞争性结合。过氧化物酶连接的二级检测试剂和比色底物用于检测PI（4，5）P2检测器蛋白与板的结合。比色信号与从细胞中提取的PI（4，5）P2的量成反比。
