His标签，也称为多组氨酸标签（polyhistidine），His6标签或hexa组氨酸标签，这是一种在转染的细胞中目标蛋白的C端或N端上由至少6个组氨酸残基链接上所组成的氨基酸序列。
His-Tag是目前用于纯化的融合标签中应用最广泛的特点：
a：标签较短可置于蛋白的N端或者C端
b：对蛋白的功能及下游应用影响小
C：免疫原性低，可以和多种标签连用
d：纯化方式非常简单方便
这些属性使His标签成为重组蛋白生产和分离的流行标签。然而，对于未纯化的样本，His标签蛋白的准确定量样品仍然很困难。
