概 述: 醛糖首先与羟胺反应转变成肟,将所形成的肟与乙酸酐共热发生乙酰化,再失去一分子乙酸得到五乙酰的腈,然后在甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中进行酯交换反应,并消除一分子氰化氢得到减少一个碳原子的醛糖。例如由葡萄糖得到阿拉伯糖:
