Wnt signaling has been demonstrated to regulate diverse cell processes throughout the development of theCaenorhabditis elegansembryo. This chapter describes methods that have been used to investigate some of these Wnt-dependent processes: endoderm specification, mitotic spindle orientation, and cell migration.
