Abstract : Combining the author’s working experiences , we introduce here several methodologies on improving the PCR products , such as the disciplines which we should abide by when we design PCR primers ; how to determine the ap2 propriate annealing temperature of the PCR reaction ; how to improve the amplifying efficiency of the GC rich region.
