染色体早熟凝集(premature chromosome condensation,PCC)

将处于分裂期(M期)的细胞与处于细胞周期其他阶段的细胞融合, 使其他期细胞的染色质提早包装成染色体, 这种现象称为染色体早熟凝集(premature chromosome condensation,PCC)。 由于G1 、S、 G2的DNA复制状态不同，早熟凝集的染色体的形态各异，如与M期细胞融合的G1期的染色体为单线状, S期为粉末状, G2期染色体为双线。
